A $200 booking deposit is required to reserve your event date at Frozen Moments Event Studio. This deposit secures your selected date and serves as a refundable security deposit for potential damages or incidentals.
The security deposit will be returned within 24 hours following your event, provided the space is left in its original condition.
All cancellations forfeit the booking deposit.
Design services and decor packages require a separate design retainer, which is applied toward the total balance of the selected package.
